Project Manager (Property Development)

• Monitor overall project development from inception, planning and design, tendering and construction to completion.

• Registered Architect or Professional Building Surveyor or other related professional disciplines;
• Minimum 8 years solid experience in property development;
• Conversant with planning, design, construction, project management and as well as good commercial sense;
• Mature, reliable, independent and professional with good problem solving, analytical, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
