A top-tier global bank providing a wide range of products and services to their clients throughout the Asia Pacific region, including corporate, commercial and private banking services is looking to hire a Finance Project Manager under the Regulatory Reporting Project Team.
Report to the team head, you will be responsible for managing a team of 4-5 subordinates. You will be the key member of the new regional regulatory reporting platform to be rolled out in APAC. You will be responsible for:
Handling the Regulatory Reporting Project;
Driving the user requirements gathering process and the analysis;
Preparing the system specification & documentation;
Acting as a bridge between end user and IT / Vendor;
Supporting the System Enhancement & Production;
Handling system enhancement;
Providing support to resolve production incident raised by end user;
Identifying the root cause of the incident;
To be a successful candidate, you must be a qualified accountant with a degree in accounting or equivalent. You must have a minimum of 9-10 years of hands-on project management experience acquired from financial institutions / banks, and possess strong Microsoft Excel (Marco) & SQL skills. You should have good knowledge of Accounting Systems and regulatory reporting (HKMA or other APAC regulators). You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
