What awaits you …

  • Coordinate all exhibitions projects to ensure projects successfully meet organisational objectives and are delivered on time and within budget
  • Provides leadership to project delivery teams by actively connecting team members, providing organizational context/best practices and helping to find ways to improve project delivery
  • Manage entire flow of production, from planning to execution of exhibitions and follow through projects from inception to delivery
  • Conceptualize the project and maintain the big picture view through concept, design, production, launch and installation phases
  • Direct and prioritize the daily activities for the project in order to launch the projects in a timely manner
  • Plan effectively and drive for results by setting specific goals and developing plans that include deliverables standards, quality of work, timelines and resources
  • Drive and shadow the creative process while producing easy to comprehend status reports, presentations and updates for clients and collaborators
  • Provide oversight to third-party project vendors and sub-contractors including freelancers, and onsite construction workers to ensure the production and operation are smoothly run
  • Solicitate external vendors and sub-contractors and in charge of proposals for contracted work


What you should bring with you …

  • Min 3 years experience in Exhibition Design in agency environment for Senior Project Executive position
  • Strong understanding of the exhibition design process, including knowledge of architectural design phases and the various sub-consultants required to support the design process
  • Relevant experience managing projects from concept through installation at a client facing level on exhibition and experiential design engagements
  • Strong foundation in design processes and project administration standards as well as a high comfort level developing and maintaining budgets and schedules, interfacing with clients and working with interdisciplinary teams
  • Demonstrated ability with self motivation to manage a diverse number of projects with limited supervision and a positive attitude work under high pressure
  • Outgoing, friendly, and strong team player that demonstrated the ability to work efficiently and professionally with peers and external parties
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills as well as problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant software is an advantage
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a definite advantage
  • Willing to travel and work overtime
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Manager or Senior Project Executive
