Project Manager, Supply Chain

This position oversees the transformation and improvement of our supply chain operations, including and not limited to orders fulfillment, warehouse operations management, reverse logistics management and IT system supply chain related projects. This is a rare and exceptionally new opportunity for a dynamic individual to play a leading role in shaping the future of Native Union’s supply chain. Main responsibilities are included and not limited to:

Systems, Processes and shipping Compliance

  • Support the Improvement of Warehouse Management System module integration by validating specifications in liaison with our System Manager and our 3PL partners
  • Administrate and propose evolutions to Warehouse Management Interface systems
  • Audit existing client’s compliance requirements and Set up Native Union logistics and routing guidelines in order to streamline and standardize existing compliance requirements
  • Ensure validation and control proper new clients’ on-boarding on every shipping and order preparation
  • Monitor proactively regulations changes and update internally and externally

Project Management and Continuous Improvement Management

  • Lead Continuous Improvement of 3PL business operations
  • Support Supply Chain Manager to maximize efficiency and Service Level
  • Support improvement of Company e-commerce fulfillment platform and experience
  • Support System Continuous Improvement (i.e. integration and reporting)
  • Conduct regular review of performance and pricing with vendors
  • Manage and plan transportations and operations capacity to fully optimize the order fulfillment operations and to reach accurate delivery.
  • Support RFP when applicable

Requirements – Skills and abilities

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related background
  • PMP Certified is a MUST
  • Possesses minimum 5 years’ working experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or Project management roles
  • Ideally with exposure to international complex distribution, FMCG and/or manufacturing environment
  • Experience in 3PL Management, e-commerce fulfilment and complex logistics are a MUST
  • Excellent influencing, leadership and problem solving skills and enjoys interacting with different levels of any organization
  • Ability to audit existing situation
  • Demonstrated experience in transformation is highly regarded
  • Excellent business acumen
  • Excellent command of English, any other languages is a PLUS
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a PLUS, mandatory ERP exposure and or EDI projects related
