Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects in entirety from proposal to implementation
  • Monitor and assist SLD design teams to meet project budget and timeline requirements
  • Co-ordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors and SLD designers on technical aspect to ensure project effectiveness and compliance
  • Perform the role of project and contract administrator of SLD

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Architecture, Interior Design, Surveying or Project Management
  • 5 years or above relevant experience in Architectural firms, Interior Design, Surveying or Project Management
  • Experience in high-end residential, hotel or commercial projects is in an advantage
  • A good team player with strong management, communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Good written English and Chinese and fluent spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese is required
  • Occasional travel to Mainland China or other region as necessary
