Project Manager

T.O.P Contracting Limited

We are a construction company looking for a self-motivated individual on the following position :-

Responsible for project management, planning & scheduling, cost control and client services support.


  • Degree or Diploma holder in Construction Management or equivalent
  • At least 5 years working expreience in project management of large scale interior fitting out works
  • Coordinate and liaise with cleints, contractors, vendors and designers to ensure project effectiveness
  • High caliber to handle project, strategy planning & cost forecasting independently
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English
  • Experience in handling sub-contractors and contractual documents preparation would be an advantage
  • Competent use of all types of computer software, e.g. Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD etc.
