(i) University graduate in business administration, law or actuary;
(ii) Obtain Level 3 or above in Chinese and English Language in the HKCEE or the HKDSEE, or equivalent;
(iii) At least 10 years of work experience with no less than 5 years of experience in one of the following areas: legal and compliance in banking or insurance sector, underwriting and claims for health insurance products;
(iv) Have proven record of successful implementation of middle-to-large scale projects;
(v) Be able to work independently and under pressure;
(vi) Be mature and a good team player; and
(vii) Be willing to work overtime if required.
1. Assist in validating and certifying health insurance plans submitted by insurers against the compliance requirements issued by the Government; and
2. Carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
