Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning the development of a site, managing all aspects of the construction process, including the quality, providing excellent customer service and ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Teams – and you will have the ability to asses, mentor and support teams. Create training and development plans
  • Be Competent with the Project Management process including risk review, development of resource , planning, setting and meeting budget requirements
  • Providing clear direction to the on-site construction team regarding responsibilities and targets
  • Managing the day to day operation from foundation to completion, and the critical paths for labour, materials and plant, including material lead times
  • Communication – You will have the ability to communicate in a very clear and concise way
  • Providing accurate and regular reports on progress and dates
  • Be Flexible Thinking
  • Concentrate on delivering best practice in Customer Service at all times
  • Have an understanding of the group workload/forecast and be able to create appropriate resource plans to meet demand.

As the successful Project Manager you will have previously worked in a similar role and have the following skills/qualifications:

  • Site and Project Management Experience in Construction Environments
  • Ideally you will have Racking and Mezzanine Industry Experience or Construction Steel Work experience/Structured Steel Installations
  • Management of Site Teams
  • Management of PC Role
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
