Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all projects meet clients and statutory requirement
  • Lead project teams to complete the projects on schedule, within budget and at a high level of quality;
  • Participate in the preparation of tender documents and technical submissions;
  • Responsible for contract administration;
  • Ensure all company policies and plans are aligned to the broader group processes and systems;
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • Professional memberships is a must, such as MHKIE & MICE;
  • At least 15 years solid experience in waterworks, with at least 3 years holding managerial level
  • Familiar with government projects
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Project Manager
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
