Job Description:

  • Lead implementations of Adjuno products to clients through full project lifecycle
  • Engage in scoping workshops with clients to turn requirements into business solutions
  • Drive client facing activities within the team (project implementations, participate with on-selling of additional products & services & general support)
  • Ensure projects delivered on time and meet or exceed customer’s expectations


  • Gathering professional project documentation
  • Create detailed and effective scoping, solution design and specification documents
  • Timely execution of all projects
  • Assist with day to day client management, including pro-active issue resolution
  • Identify new solution enhancements to keep products a ‘market leader’ and ensure project deliverables to be on time and meet quality standards
  • Provide input to all core development roadmap requests to ensure development streams are synchronized
  • Build excellent relationships with clients and partners
  • Day to day management of customer solutions and management resources
  • Provide weekly feedback to management internally
  • Manage back office implementation team
  • Input to weekly development meetings
  • Lead regular project steering, governance and ongoing system review


  • Degree holder with minimum 5 year’s experience of related work experience
  • IT knowledge is an advantage
  • Proven experience in system implementations preferred, preferably delivering product sourcing, PLM or supply chain solutions
  • Proven experience in documenting business processes and assisting to implement systems
  • Experience in industry standard Project Management Methodology
  • Experience in leading project teams, ensuring projects delivered on time
  • Build up and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Defining project specifications with customers
  • Confident decision maker comfortable with accountability for decisions and client relationships
  • Logical mindset with a desire to solve challenges and attention to details
  • Enthusiastic and goal focused team player, with genuine interest in Supply Chain or Sourcing
  • Strong client facing skill and negotiation skill
  • Excellent verbal and written English essential with clear and positive communication skills
