Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Provide executive support to the Managing Director including participating C-level meetings and special task force, presentation materials preparation, follow up action items with internal and external parties..etc.
2. Participate in projects planning, develop project scopes, schedules and budget according to prescribed criteria.
3. Compile status and progress updates of multiple projects and ensure key milestones are met on time.
4. Analyse business data regularly to facilitate Management to make effective data-driven, and strategic operations decisions.
5. Proactively communicate and work with internal and external parties to ensure smooth project implementation.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director

Requirements:

1. Degree holder of Business Administration or relevant qualification.
2. At least 3 years managerial experience in medical/ service industry will be an advantage.
3. Independant, mature, self-motivated, good communication skills, highly organized, with a positive “can do" attitude, multi-tasking and willingness to support others.
4. A fast learner with an analytical mind, with experiences with data analysis & visualisation tools such as Tableau.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tool such as Asana
6. Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage.
7. Highly organised, with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and a strong work ethic.
