Are you looking to be part of revolutionizing online shopping behaviour and experience? We are a well-esteemed eCommerce company that operates multiple eCommerce websites internationally. We are now looking for potential talent to help us expand our new beauty and fashion business worldwide and to build brand awareness and sales revenue.

Key Job Responsibilities: 

  • Assist and support various marketing projects launch
  • Work closely with Business Unit Team, Marketing Team and Merchandising Team to ensure all marketing projects are executed and completed within timeline
  • Manage product listing process and ensure product information accuracy for multiple websites
  • Responsible for managing and assigning work and task schedule for a team of part-timers/interns within the Department
  • Support website store operation from time to time, including but not limited to content writing, website content update, customer orders review
  • Provide occasional support on purchase ordering process
  • Prepare monthly business review report and perform different business data analysis reporting from time to time
  • Responsible for organizing cross-department sales review meeting and monthly managerial business review meeting
  • Provide administrative support or perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Manager

Desired Skills and Experience: 

  • Degree holder or above in Marketing/ Business/ eCommerce or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1–2 year solid experience in eCommerce, online marketing or project coordination and implementation
  • Able to work independently, strong result orientation, good time management, maturity, and attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Effective interpersonal skills, and able to work productively with multiple parties
  • Strong written and spoken English, with great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fresh graduate is welcome. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant position.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
