Currently undergoing a period of expansion, this international Architectural firm are looking for support for their project team, and general management of the HK office. It is essential that you have prior experience in the Design / Architecture industry, with an organised and motived attitude.
This role will involve mainly administrative tasks relating to projects and the running of the office, with an element of both marketing and business development.
Minimum of 5 years experience
Must have previously worked for an Architectural / Design firm
Ability to multitask whilst maintaining quality of work
Good communication skills, able to work autonomously if required
Ability to think on your feet, with an organised and proactive attitude
Fluency in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
