Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales administrative and logistic support to Operations Department
  • Maintain and prepare inventory record
  • Answer maintenance service calls hotline
  • Provide project management administrative support
  • Maintain document filing system
  • Assist in general reception duties, such as answer telephone calls
  • Assist in ISO internal audit duties
  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • At least 2 years related experience
  • Self-motivated and responsible and willing to learn
  • Well-organized and able to perform multi-tasks
  • Pay attention to details
  • Immediate availability preferred
