Project Officer / Administrator

  • 5-day week

Job Duties:

  • To coordinate and manage of daily work orders, support field engineers and project managers with effective order management and service coordination
  • To close monitor on work orders progress, provide status update report to team leader
  • To monitor purchasing order of equipment to meet contract requirements
  • To dealing with small and medium projects among internal parties, external vendors / project in-charge / end-users on delivery, installation and testing schedule appointment
  • To attend site check and/or project meeting with internal parties and customers if needed


Job Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder in business administration, IT engineering or related field, or equivalent with 3-5 years working experience
  • Good telephone manner and customer service skill
  • Ability to work in a dynamic work environment, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to prepare meeting minutes (internal / customer meeting), analysis large volume of data and provide project progress monitoring & updating
  • Good in both written and oral communication skills in both Cantonese and English
