Project Officer, Asia-Pacific Institute of Ageing Studies
The appointee is expected to implement a project that shares the life experiences of elderly people to young people. The main duties include but not limited to (a) liaise with non-governmental organisations, (b) conduct interviews with elderly people, (c) co-ordinate workshops, talks, forums, (d) prepare reports, and other duties as assigned by the Director.
Applicants should have (i) a good Bachelor Degree, preferably in Social Sciences; (ii) excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese are essential; (iii) strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and well organized; (iv) self-motivation and an independent work attitude.
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, and mandatory provident fund. Appointment will be normally made on contract basis for up to 12 months.
