Project Officer / Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Formulate, organize and implement company business development, liaise with external parties for the events preparation
  • Oversee the documentation and administration of events and tender application, pre-event arrangement, logistics coordination and on-site supervision during the events to ensure the events running smooth
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Solid experience in planning, organizing and implement of events
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office application (Word and Excel is a MUST) & Chinese Word processing
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and be a good team player
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Officer
  • Immediately available will be highly preferred
