Project Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Work across business units to ensure project development and delivery of solutions
  • Develop project schedules, coordinates project status meetings, manages resources throughout the project life cycle
  • Prepare training materials, conduct training and assist in matters related to system implementation
  • Arrange contracts, payments and certifications related to projects
  • Be responsible for IT overall administration, cost analysis and ad hoc reporting

Requirements:

  • 1-2 year`s working experience.
  • Detailed minded, patience with good communication skills
  • With I.T. procurement experience is an advantage
  • Good command of Chinese and English.
  • Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred.

Data Center Operator

Responsibilities:

  • To perform Data Centre operations (such as inventory management, maintain records and rack elevation diagrams, store room management, inspection and unpacking of delivered equipment based on security procedures, etc.)
  • Willing to perform 24x7 shift duty.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
     

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above, 1 year experience in related field.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Willing to learn
  • Immediate available is preferred.

Helpdesk Support

Responsibilities:

  • Handles helpdesk hotline call with tier 1 resolution provided to users.
  • Provide basic network support to end users.
  • Follow supervisor order in the operation.
  • Escalate the call progress when necessary. 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, 1-2 years relevant PC and technical support experience
  • Knowledge in PC hardware, networking, MS application, LAN and WAN network management.
  • Good interpersonal and communication, strong troubleshooting skill
  • Good written and spoken English and Cantonese.
