Project Officer / Maintenance Officer

International Housewares Retail Company Limited

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the manager to plan, schedule ,design, coordinate, implement store repair & maintenance work and store fitting projects
  • On site monitor and ensure all contractors’ works are carrying out in a safe and quality manner and meet the scheduled progress
  • Handle emergency incidents and provide effective solution for long run
  • Coordinate with internal departments , landlords and site management office on requirements of the project
  • Provide recommendations and supports in cost effective ways on daily operational level
  • Prepare necessary documentation with both internal and external parties to facilitate project execution
  • Prepare and update store facilities master list for R&M monitoring
  • Participate in ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Interior Design / Construction / Project Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience
  • Strong technical background with relevant experience in retail industry / chains store project is highly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill
  • Familiar with AutoCAD, MS Office.
  • Good command of written and spoken in English and Cantonese
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
