Project Officer/ Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with the account management team to execute sales opportunities and assist in the promotion of eBroker products and technologies.
  • Focus on delighting our clients through proactive service management initiatives demonstrating a thorough knowledge of client needs.
  • Establish and maintain a trusted advisor role to our client and own the client technical relationship.
  • Full involvement in client technology initiatives and opportunistic lead identification.
  • Meet with clients to review all ongoing business, technical projects, service issues, and maintain and drive mutually agreed project plans and issues lists.
  • Involve in system implementation, perform capacity planning through regular reviews of bandwidth reports and system capacity reports.
  • Obtain a broad understanding of the clients overall goals to retain, grow and adopt eBroker value added services at the client.
  • Responsible for creating a positive can do attitude championing client services, technology and the priorities of our clients across eBroker.
  • Provide customer feedback to internal groups on service expectations and service performance.
  • Maintain awareness of industry and regulatory directions and work with clients to implement required changes.
  • Participate in strategic migration activities as needed.
  • Act as client escalation point for all issues impacting technical services ensuring the proper actions are taken by eBroker to produce a satisfactory outcome for clients.


  • Higher Diploma or Degree graduate in IT related discipline
  • Experience in implementing and supporting project with solid experience in user management
  • Very strong people management skill and good knowledge of all technical aspect in a project cycle
  • Knowledge in banking/brokerage system is preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Outlook, Visio and MS project
  • Mature, confident, presentable, good team spirit and willing to take up challenges
  • Good time management, can work independently and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
