Project Officer

Job Descriptions:

  • Involve in drafting, establishing and implementing group policies, planning of divisional programs, procedures and proposals for service quality and efficiency
  • Assist to coordinate projects development, guidelines and standards
  • Provide administrative supports on compilation of business reports and collection of information
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned


  • Degree holder from any disciplines, preferably in Healthcare Management or related field
  • At least 2 years of post-qualification work experience in administrative work, project coordination or business analysis, preferably in healthcare setting
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Well-organized and details oriented
  • Good command of both spoken & written Chinese and English 
  • Candidate competent in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop has an advantage
  • Fresh graduate or candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project Officer
