Responsibilities:
 

  • Provide full administrative support to our business development team
  • Assist to prepare documents for sales projects from corporate fleet customers and governmental vehicle procurement tendering exercises
  • Develop strategic partnership with principals, suppliers and vendors in view of formulation of the best terms and conditions
  • Perform risk assessment and damage control in the procurement processes

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree holder (major in Business Administration, Commercial Studies or Engineering is preferable)
  • At least 2 years’ solid experience in project management
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Initiative, can do attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Holding of valid driving license class 1,2 is an absolute advantage
  • Candidate with less experience will also be considered
