Project Officer/Project Assistant

The appointee will be responsible for the coordination of programme development, assisting in programme management, and providing support to STEM education projects. He/she will consult and work with academic and teaching staff, draft and update reports, provide secretarial support to meetings, and assist in education related projects and activities. The appointment will be for a period of around 1 year with the possibility of renewal subject to mutual agreement.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Sciences or related disciplines with several years of relevant post-qualification working experience. They should also have high proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), excellent interpersonal and organisation skills; be well motivated, capable to work independently and multitasking. Experience in programme planning and administration in tertiary education institutions will be an advantage.

Applicants with less experience may be considered for the post of Project Assistant.
