The appointee will provide administrative support in scheduling activities and coordinating events and meetings. He/she will manage communications and draft correspondence to various units/external bodies/students; and handle direct inquiries of students, staff, visitors and faculties. The appointee will also need to maintain task assignments, prepare reports, draft proposals and policies on student learning related areas; and assist in coordinating and piloting of new initiatives in curriculum development and student learning. He/she will also serve as secretary to committees/task force and prepare minutes for meetings, and work on special projects. The appointment will be for a period of 2 years.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree with several years of post-qualification working experience. They should be proficient in both English and Chinese languages (including Putonghua) and literate in computer applications. They should also have pleasant character and positive thinking; and be self-motivated, able to work independently and as a good team player.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract. Fringe benefits include contract-end gratuity, leave, medical and dental benefits.
