Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor - Building / Civil / Fitting Out (Ref: CT/PQSQS)

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years' relevant experience;
• Experience in re-measurement, valuing variations, cost control, contract administration, claims preparation and dealing with sub-contractors' accounts;
• Strong negotiation and communication skills;
• Fluent English and excellent writing skills.
