Project Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in large-scale foundation, civil or building projects;
• Professional membership of HKIS or RICS is highly preferred;
• Contract administration, VO/Claims and subletting experience;
• Government Contracts experience would also be a benefit;
• Well organized, self-initiative and able to work under pressure;
• Strong leadership and good negotiation skills;
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor.
