Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job MatcherResponsibilities
- Responsible for administration of main-contracts and sub-contracts;
- Responsible for the cost estimate, measurement, sub-letting, payment, and final account settlement;
- Perform project and cost control;
- Handle contractual claim and dispute resolution; and
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties for executing excellent QS services, etc.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
- Minimum 5 years solid QS experience in Foundation / Civil / Building category;
- Candidate with more experience and higher qualification will be considered as Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Self-motivated, work independently, well organized, able to multi-task and work under pressure;
- Proficient in MS Office;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese;
Working Location: Lai Chi Kok
