We are currently looking for a Recruiter [Candidate Sourcing] to join our fast growing team.

As a recruiter, you make numerous calls a day, and talk to different walks of people. As long as you love to connect with people and with passion to listen to stories, you are welcomed to fully utilize your previous industry exposure and bring it to our recruitment team!

What will you do?

Candidate development responsibilities

  • Fully engage in candidate sourcing, interviews, reference check and post-placement care
  • Expand candidate base by using different channels to source and connect for the current openings & potential openings, including hunting
  • Build and grow candidate network by providing insightful career advice
  • Manage candidate life-cycle via relationship management and consistent communication, from sourcing through interviewing, negotiation, resignation, on boarding and follow-up
  • Understand and refine clients' search requirements via active communications with internal team
  • In short - search, match, connect, chat and meet

Who are you?

  • Graduated with Bachelor degree in University
  • At least 2 years’ working experience in commercial environment – we open for diverse industry background with experience to work with people.
  • Experience from event management, customer services, project management, PR, marketing, sales & business development are mostly welcomed.
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English is necessary
  • A Sponge: keep absorbing both commercial hard knowledge and soft skills across recruitment – Acquire new skills and share to the team!
  • A Facilitator: work with the team on candidate sourcing and client management. Everyone counts in Six People Map
  • Sensitive in timeline & strong sense of urgency
