Project Sales Coordinator

Job Descriptions:

  • Provide full range of secretarial, administration and personal support for the sales team; updates RSMs by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
  • Prepare Pre-Sales document, such as quotation; communicate with suppliers of costs,information sourcing and selection, prepare presentation format and materials
  • Perform sales support, communicate with different departments, oversea branch offices and global clients via email and phone
  • Conduct sales report, tender document, maintain customer database, etc
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

 

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree holder preferred
  • 1-2years experience in sales support or customer services; experience in global or regional business is an advantage
  • Flexible, patient, independent, good team player and willing to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
