Responsibilities

  • Follow up all projects' administrative duties.
  • Handle project administration, document coordination and filing.
  • Responsible for secretarial typing letters, minutes and contract in English and Chinese.
  • Update documentation, the information database and the records.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Administration, Secretarial or related disciplines.
  • 3 years or above relevant working experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic, initiative, responsible, diligent with high commitment at works.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese; able to speak Mandarin.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel and Word, and Chinese Word Processing.
