Project Supervisor / Project Executive, Process & Change Management

Job Description:

  • Work with the project manager to setup standard operating procedures for all warehousing projects, update & review the SOP regularly
  • Review existing operations and drive improvement initiatives to enhance operation efficiency and effectiveness
  • Perform quality assurance process and ensure the warehouse team has performed the proper quality assurance control in daily operation regularly
  • Troubleshooting and improving new processes
  • Monitoring and Updating process and procedure policies
  • Complaint handling received from client regarding for the warehouse operation process related
  • Plan, conduct, and facilitate the training program(s) provided to all warehouse staff in Hong Kong and Shenzhen for process improvement and implementation
  • Cooperate with the project manager to setup KPI standard with the client and conduct internal & external KPI / QBR regularly
  • Work closely with the project manager and provide useful report findings, analysis, and supporting tools
  • Build and maintain close relationship with key stakeholders for driving an effective change management
  • Proper understanding of freight and shipping processes, and all required imports documentation and regulatory product requirements
  • Responds to or escalates customs/trade inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Support colleagues in resolving trade/logistics issues in a creative yet legally compliant way
  • Assists in trade preference program administration & optimization
  • Support any new project implementation and existing process enhancement
  • Support the quality and compliance assurance issue for the warehouse team
  • Support and assist the project manager to drive and deliver improvement initiatives
  • Specula tasks on demand

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in Logistics or Supply Chain or project or process management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in process management and implementation of logistics projects;
  • Excellent communication skills, time management skills and self-motivated;
  • Results-oriented, able to multi-task & prioritize;
  • Have proactive attitude and can work independently in a teamwork environment;
  • Can work closely with internal colleagues;
  • Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills;
  • Be willing to work under stress and time management pressure;
  • Strong process improvement mindset, preferable with quality management experience;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills & WMS knowledge;
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Project Executive.
