Job Description:

  • Provide application helpdesk service through phone and email to our clients.
  • Handle enquiries for application usage and support incident troubleshooting with project team.
  • Escalate incidents to project manager.
  • Maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Follow up client system usage status & progress.
  • Provide requirement collection and system training to clients.



  • Form 7 or above.
  • With minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Experience on application support service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organization skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and rapid learning capability.
