Projects Administration Officer

This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities:
  • Providing all-rounded secretarial and administration service to the team including but not limited to managing daily appointments, calendar, travel itinerary and meetings; and preparing business correspondence;
  • Handling project documents and maintaining effective filing / database management systems;
  • Assisting in managing project documentation using project management software systems;
  • Handling enquiries and maintaining effective communication with internal and external customers; and
  • Assisting in ad hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies or other related disciplines with at least 5 years' relevant working experience in project administration, work process management and/or document control; or Secondary level with at least 6 years' relevant working experience and formal secretarial training will also be considered
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and project management software tools
