F.7 or above
2 - 3 years of relevant experience in property handover or property management or customer service is preferable
Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese & Putonghua
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiar with MS Office
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Handover Officer
