Property Manager (Retail Leasing)

The Job

  • Plan, develop, evaluate, negotiate and secure suitable new sites to meet rapid store network expansion.
  • Accountable for sourcing, acquisition of new sites as well as lease renewals of existing stores
  • Liaise and maintain excellent relations with internal departments, all major property developers, government bodies, landlords, agents and external contractors, etc
  • Conduct network planning with market research and analysis on the retail landscape of Hong Kong & Macau including existing stores and competitors and formulate development strategy for the brand


The Person

  • Degree holder in Business / Real Estates / Surveying or related discipline
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a sizeable retailer or major developers
  • Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken in Chinese and English
  • Attentive to details and enjoy contact and negotiation with external parties
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
