Property Officer (5-days Portfolio)

  • To assist the implementation of cost reduction and income optimisation strategies for property management
  • To manage the client’s expectation in respect of service and other charges, rent collection
  • To ensure compliance of statutory requirements and management of property leases
  • To manage on-site staff to achieve high quality maintenance of properties


  • A degree in property management or a related discipline
  • Well versed with Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant Ordinances, DMC and / or related ordinances
  • No less than 2 years of experience in building management and tenancy management is a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Self-motivated and result oriented

Less experience candidates will also be considered for the position of Assistant Property Officer.
