Property Officer (Marketing & Business Development)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior management to identify new business opportunities in property management and explore additional business in value-added service such as cleansing and maintenance services to customers   
  • Prepare proposals, presentation materials, tender documents for management review
  • Preparing reports on the business and marketing matters
  • Assist to promote corporate image and brand building affairs
  • Develop and implement the sales & marketing strategies to meet the company goals
  • Execute and monitor the marketing campaign and research
  • Build long-term relationship with both new and existing customers
Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Sales & Marketing / Business / Property Management or related disciplines with 2 years’ relevant experience preferably gained from Property Management Industry
  • Experience in Chinese enterprise is an advantage
  • Responsible, outgoing, creative and able to work under pressure
  • Customer orientation with good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Fresh university graduated are also welcome
