The incumbent is required to handle daily management and tenancy matters in relation to Public Rental Housing:
- Associate Degree/Higher Diploma holders, or
- F.7 or above, at least 2 subjects passed in Hong Kong Advanced Level and 3 credits in HKCEE including English (Syl. B) & Chinese Language (2A3O)
- Language requirement: Meet the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE, or Level 3 / Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syl. B) in HKCEE, or equivalent,
- minimum 1 year's experience in property management
- holder of Certificate in Public Housing Agency Management an advantage
- self-driven, able to work proactively
