Property Officer (Residential)
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operation and management of a residential property;
- Monitor the maintenance, security and cleaning of the managed properties;
- Handle enquries and complaints from residents;
- Maintain good relationship with residents and assist in formation of the owners committees;
- Other works assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Property, Facility, Housing, Estate Management, or related disciplines
- at least 3 years relevant experience in property management;
- Relevant experience in residential estate is an advantage;
- Knowledge of BMO, DMC and related ordinances;
- Good MS Office skill & good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Experience in handling newly built residential property would be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Property Officer
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Work Location: Ma On Shan
