  • Handle tenancy administration work including first round review of tenancy and license agreement, update tenancy schedule, TA summary, monthly P&L report and inter-department coordination of property - related issues;
  • Assist in handling leasing of signage and storeroom including new acquisition and renewal;
  • Handle enquiries and complaints to management office and landlord;
  • Support for market research and prepare analysis report; and
  • Responsible for simple new site acquisition and renewal.   


  • Diploma in Business Administration or Property related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in retail leasing on Landlord or Tenant side;
  • Knowledge in Tenancy Law and leasing procedure is an advantage;
  • Good command in both spoken and written Chinese and English;
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Able to work independent, detail-oriented and have proactive attitude;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer;and
  • Occasional outdoor work is required.
