Property Officer / Senior Property Officer (up to 35k)

Job Description

This role will report to the Team Manager of the team, the appointee will mainly perform the following responsibilities:

• Responsible for commercial buildings management
• Provide range support to day-to-day operations, security, repair, maintenance and technical aspects of facilities and building services
• Assist in liaison and cooperation with internal and external parties and maintain a good relationship with tenants
• Monitor and control the buildings' construction projects
• Oversee property / buildings related maintenance works to fulfill company's' standard
• Deal with all enquiries, complaints, and requests and take appropriate and necessary follow-up actions
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and assignments required

Job Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in Property / Commercial building will be an advantage
• Minimum 3+ years' relevant experience in property industry,
• Holder of Property Management Practitioner License (Tier 1 or Tier 2) with relevant professional qualifications would be an advantage
• Experience working with tenants of luxury brands & handling marketing events with celebrities
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Hands on PC skill in Microsoft office and word processing
• Immediate available is preferred
