Responsibilities

  1. Assist the Senior Property Manager to oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions
  2. Monitor the standards and compliance of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties managed by an outsourced property management company
  3. Review and analyse the monthly income and expenses reports provided by the management company
  4. Handle emergency incidents, tenants’ inquiries and complaints
  5. Provide property and leasing administrative support, such as property management, maintenance and renovation work
  6. Perform handover/takeover of premises and coordination of fitting out/reinstate works
  7. Participate in market rental research and analysis
  8. Provide the progress update for management review
  9. Carry out site inspection
  10. Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Degree / Diploma in Surveying, Property management or related disciplines
  2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, with knowledge in property maintenance and renovation
  3. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  5. Self-motivated, independent, analytical minded with attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Immediately available is preferred

 Packages: 

  1. Permanent Position (New)
  2. Working hours:Monday to Friday  09:00 to 17:30          
  3. Bank holidays
  4. 12 days Annual leave
  5. 12-month basic salary plus one month salary discretionary bonus
