Cheung Kong Center Property Management Limited

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide general support to the daily operations
  • Assist to oversee the performance of the service partners
  • Perform operation planning, tender handling, general administration and liaison with internal and external parties
  • Assist in the handling of complaints and inquiries from tenants
  • Handle ad hoc projects and assignments

Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in Property Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ practical experience in the field of property management preferably in commercial building with multi-national tenants profile
  • Independent, strong sense of responsibilities and able to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin is an advantage

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Officer
