Public Affairs Manager

  • Assist Head of Public Affairs Department to develop and execute communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans on public affairs and brand building;
  • Play a key role on daily risk assessment, internal & external inquiries, as well as incident/ crisis management with sharp PA recommendations to the parties concerned;
  • Develop and maintain strong relationship with external stakeholders including business partners, NGO partners, non-government organizations and government officials with a view to enhance positive corporate image and exposure;
  • Prepare reporting and presentation materials on regular basis for management on project developments and updating and provide support for briefings to related parties;
  • Write press materials such as press announcement, line-to-takes, coordinate media pitching and interview arrangements, and dispatch corporate messages on internal and external social media platforms;
  • Organize and manage corporate events and CSR projects such as launch campaign; press events, seminar, sharing & workshop, proposal pitching and project collaborations, etc;
  • Complete other ad hoc task assigned by superior


  • Bachelor degree in Journalism / Public Relations/ Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ experience in public affairs/ corporate communications/ media / event management, previous experiences in courier services, logistics or e-commerce industry is an advantage
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with good sense of news judgement and public affairs
  • Excellent PR writing skills in both English and Chinese is a must
  • Good team player with “can do" spirit
  • Proficiency skills in Words, Excel and PowerPoint
