The appointee will be responsible for organizing student recruitment activities of the Unit, including but not limited to campus visits, InfoDays, outreaching, marketing and promotional activities. He/she will help monitor, update and prepare content for website, social media and other online platforms. He/she will provide coordination and administrative support for marketing, advertising and publicity work. Besides, he/she will liaise with internal parties and external suppliers for purchase requisition, and assist in budget planning and expenses reporting, and perform other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a recognized degree in a related discipline, preferably with 2 years of relevant working experience in marketing, social media or event management. He/she should be well-organized, detail-oriented with excellent project management skills. He/she should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua. Computer skills such as MS Word, MS Excel, Chinese typing are required. He/she should be responsible, polite, patient, pleasant and able to demonstrate flexibility and a professional demeanor while under pressure. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for written test and/or interview.
