Job Descriptions:

Tackle complaints, reply to the complainants by email, telephone or draft written reply in both English and Chinese;

Communicate with complainants by telephone or meeting;

Gather relevant information from various sources related to the complaints;

Monitor and follow-up the complaints and report to the Project Manager of the handling progress;

Prepare statistics and report on complaints handling. 

Handle ad hoc duties and assignments as required 

 

 Job Requirements:

Holder of a University degree or equivalent;

With 2-3 years’ working experience with preferably 1 year’s experience in handling customer services, public enquiries and relation matters

Good computer knowledge and word processing in both Chinese and English documents;

Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

Immediately available is highly preferred
