Job purpose:
• The role will serve as a key member in the corporate communications team to highlight the Company’s credential in international ESG standings and list-co events
• This will be an excellent opportunity for individuals with great business acumen, administration and event organization skills to leverage on their prior financial PR / in-house corporate communication experience
• We are looking for a strong coordinator who can communicate effectively with both external and internal parties to complete projects independently

Responsibilities:
• As a key coordinator to assist in arranging results announcement, meetings and road shows for our management to meet with global investors by building and maintaining close relationships with sell-side analyst team
• Participate in ESG report editing and production, liaise with international assessment organizations and handle enquiries
• Create presentation / write-ups for investors presentation and awards entries
• Draft announcement and press release
• Maintain data related to our investor relations database and manage website update
• The role will report to Senior Manager - Corporate Communications

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Communications or related discipline
• 3-5 years’ work experience, preferably from financial PR agency but not a must
• Strong co-ordination skills with numeracy and financial acumen
• Experience in creating presentation and update press releases independently
• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) is a MUST
• Strong project management skills and attention to details
• Communicate effectively with both external and internal parties
• Excellent PPT skills with financial charts
• Ability to work under pressure and deadline
• Dedicated, motivated with positive attitude
• Dynamic personality to strive in a changing environment
• Take pride in all aspects of his/her work as a reflection of themselves
