Public Relations Executive (1-year contract)

Position Summary:

  • Play a key role in driving CSR campaigns of health education and promotion of HK Intangible Cultural Heritage of HK-styled Milk Tea Making
  • Support corporate branding campaign execution

 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving and implementing CSR campaigns and / or corporate branding campaigns by bringing strategic plan into live, including but not limited to implementation, collaboration with external partners, third party and vendor liaison, campaign evaluation etc.
  • Prepare draft of event materials, registration / evaluation and feedback form design, etc.
  • Assist in campaign material creation and design, e.g. online banner, backdrop, invitation, pamphlet, print ad. etc.
  • Manage external PR agencies from briefing to deliverables when necessary
  • Assist project lead on budget management and payment process
  • Support ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor

 Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of solid working experience in public relations, event management or related field. Candidates from PR agency are welcome
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
  • Master of MS Office applications and Chinese Input method. Knowledge in HTML, design and photo retouch programs and video editing would be appreciated
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and self-motivated
