Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling Press Release and PR materials (e.g. company profile, website content, speech, etc.) write-up and translation on native English level;
  • Monitor media coverage of the company news, competitor’s news and the industry related news in HK, Macau, Taiwan, Singapore and the international outlets (excluding China);
  • Assist press release distribution and take care of PR publication related issue;
  • Arrange logistics of media interviews, press events and executive conferences;
  • Maintain PR documents, e.g. media list and support PR events e.g. launch campaigns, press events, trade shows etc.;
  • Provide ad hoc support to the team upon request.

Key requirement:

  • Year 3 or above undergraduate students, major in Business, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines;
  • Native English writing and editing skills would be an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
  • A sharp sense of responsibility with the ability to manage priorities and deliverables to superior results whilst keeping a calm and affable demeanor;
  • Mature, flexible, fast-paced and able to work independently;
  • Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline, well-organized, responsible, self-motivated, willing to learn, detail-oriented with good interpersonal skill;
  • Able to support at least 3 full days per week is highly preferred.
