  • University graduated with at least 3 years of working experience on digital/mobile marketing
  • Solid digital/ mobile business development experience and good connection with publishers, agency trade desk, SSPs
  • Relevant experience with DoubleClick for Publishers (DFP)
  • Experience in yield management/ P&L management
  • Very Detail-minded will be important in this role and with a mindset to grow with the company
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Persuasive presentation skill and interpersonal skill
  • Fantastic customer service ethic and high expectations for quality
  • Self-motivated, aggressive and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to learn and keep abreast with new technology on mobile and internet platform
  • Ability to operate independently within an ambiguous environment and manage projects from inception through launch
  • Team spirit as well as the ability to work independently. A strong interest in working with people and knowledge transfer


  • Identify and pursue opportunities for developing new business
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with potential and existing affiliates
  • Develop a strong relationship with the mobile publishers/ application developers in order to elaborate with mobile business opportunities
  • Provide professional consultancy on mobile marketing
  • Develop a strong and professional reputation for the company across region
  • Oversee and participate in each business process, including serving as a member of the pitch team, delivering strong analyses and completing other duties as necessary
  • Understands business trends for industry segment/products
  • Anticipates and develops solutions to publisher needs and problems
  • Work with internal parties and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination and execution of advertising activities and projects (not sales related)
  • Support technical on product/project quality control and give suggestions
